Event/Announcement Submission Guidelines

  • Events must be submitted through the Submit Events form.
  • Events will be posted to the Events Calendar site within 24 hours of submission

Submission Best Practices

Posting an event online will help draw people to your event.  Make sure that you make the most of this opportunity.
Below are a few best practices for submitting your event.

  • Event/Announcement Title
  • Start Date and Time
  • End Date and Time
  • Location
  • Description
  • Image
  • Your Contact Details

Once approved, the event/announcement will be displayed on www.utm.my and UTM Facebook.

KINDLY BE INFORMED THAT ONLY EVENTS ARRANGED BY UNIT/DEPARTMENT/FACULTIES/ASSOCIATIONS UNDER UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THIS CALENDAR OF EVENTS. EVENTS THAT ARE NOT RELATED WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED.
