Virtual International Engagement : UTM and Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Uzbekistan

Founded in 1968, the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET) is one of the prominent higher education institution in the independent Republic of Uzbekistan. Its main strength is in textile, light industry, food technology, mechanical eng., chemical technology and ornamental horticulture. NIET is requesting UTM to conduct online training and courses for its staff. Today’s meeting with NIET International Relations Department was joined by UTM SPACE Management team led by Prof Azlan Abdul Rahman.
