UTM CRES Concern Webinar is a platform of knowledge dissemination to discuss real estate related issues. These series explore the importance of Facilities Management (FM) in supporting organizational business objectives of the high demand for the post-pandemic effect. The speakers will discuss the concept of Facilities Management in the organization. It covers an overview of ISO41000 FM Standards, the need for the standard, the challenges faced by organizations without having the standard, and why the standard becomes a tool of success for FM organization as well as for the client.
