Distinguished Lecture Series : Resonance and Entrainment of the Brain

Jens Haueisen is a full professor since 2005 and chair of the institute of biomedical engineering and informatics. He obtained his MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau, Germany, and completed his Habilitation in 2003 from the same university. He has authored 260 peer-reviewed scientific articles with an ISI H-index of 31 and a citation of close to 4000. He is the editor of 3 books and 4 journal special issues. Jens is also a prolific inventor with 19 granted patents. He is a member of editorial board in scientific journals Brain Topography since 2018 and Frontiers in Human Neuroscience since 2017. He is also Associate Editors for journals Medical Physics since 2010, Biomedical Engineering since 2006 and Biomagnetics Research & Technology between 2004-008. He is the Chair of the board of the notified body of the EU Nr. 0118 at the Thuringian State Authority for Metrology and verification 2007-2013, and a Member of the Saxon Academy of Sciences since 2014.
