Neurodiverse people refer to individuals with different brain function and behavioural traits. They are often diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Asperger, etc. Capable individuals with low support needs can be a source of talents for the employment market, but often face discriminations due to traditional organisational practices. The NeuroDay 2022 campaign celebrates their cognitive difference and considers different mental processes as gifts than deficits.
