International Biotechnology Competition and Exhibition 2019 (IBCEx’19)

IBCEx’19 aims to give opportunities to local and international undergraduates to participate in the competition as well as exhibit their creative innovation in the field of biotechnology with the theme: Green and Sustainable World.

Here are the activities during the event:

1.) Main Innovation Competition
Concept: An innovation competition which must in line with the theme “Green and Sustainable World”. Participants are required to present during the event.
Type: 3 people in a group
Categories:
a)Environment/Waste Treatment/Biotechnology
b) Biofuel/Renewable Energy
c) Green Building/Green Technology Product
Award: Cash price worth RM11000.00, Certificate. Plague

2.) Poster Presentation Competition
Concept: Undergraduate required to design and present their poster which must in line with the theme: “Green and Sustainable World”.
Type: Individual competition and only open to undergraduate students for IPTA/IPTS in Johor Area.
Award: Cash Prize, Certificate,

3) Panel Forum
Title: Prospect and Challenges for Commercializing New Technologies in the case of Environmental Innovation.
Audiences: VIP, participants, committees, students and the public are free to attend.

4) Mini food bazaar
Lots of food trucks will be there.
